This is a key consideration for event organisers when choosing Thailand as the destination for their world-class MICE events. This service creates a positive first impression for MICE travellers arriving from all over the world. Services include:

  • TCEB Information Centre reception counter providing information and assistance for MICE arrivals, located near Luggage Belt No.18

3. Standards for Venues and Event Organisation

The Thai MICE industry focusses on the delivery of premier services as a primary goal. TCEB provides support to prepare and elevate MICE venues to the standards of the Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) and the ASEAN MICE Venue Standard (AMVS) by providing guidelines and standard metrics in areas like hygiene and hybrid meeting technology, and building confidence in the delivery of 2HY (hygiene and hybrid) standards by Thai event venues to meet the expectations of domestic and international MICE events in this ‘new normal’ age.

The TMVS Partnership Programme is an activity jointly organised by TCEB and the Creative Business Association. The programme aims to build a network to further develop business between establishments that meet the Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) and companies wishing to hold events, in both online and hybrid formats, and are looking for a standardised venue to facilitate the various aspects of event organisation.
