1. Conventional Venues

  •   Royal Paragon Hall

Royal Paragon Hall is a perfect venue for international events, and is located on the 5th floor of Siam Paragon right in the heart of downtown Bangkok. The hall has a total area of 12,000 square metres, consisting of three large halls whose sizes range from 2,000 to 2,800 square metres, and six meeting rooms with sizes ranging from 50 to 150 square metres (NOTE: these hall and meeting room specs don’t add up to 12,000 square metres.) which can be adapted to suit a wide variety of events, including conferences, exhibitions, parties and live performances. The halls’ plush carpet and Double Rockwool-lined walls and ceiling lend the venue a luxurious feel and optimum acoustics. The venue can accommodate up to 7,200 guests.

  •   Udon Thani Hall

Udon Thani Hall is the largest convention centre in the southern Isaan region of Thailand. The hall comprises 2,850 square metres of space and can accommodate up to 4,480 attendees. The hall boasts a direct connection to the Central Udon shopping centre and Centara Udon Hotel. (NOTE: according to their websites the shopping centre and hotel only use “Udon” not “Udon Thani” as in the Thai text.) The venue offers the perfect mix of facilities for a wide range of MICE events, including conferences, seminars, and trade shows.

  •   Khum Kham International Convention Centre

Khum Kham International Convention Centre is located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s business district,15 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport and a mere 10 minutes from the city centre. The venue’s stunning design and quiet, luxurious atmosphere evoke an ancient palace. Khum Kham International Convention Centre features 14 rooms ranging in size from 90 to 1,125 square metres and can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. 2. สถานที่จัดงานไมซ์สุดสร้างสรรค์ (Unconventional Venues) 

  •   Amari Bangkok Hotel

This 5-star hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok in the Pratunam shopping district. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from CentralWorld and close to premier shopping malls Central Embassy, Central Chidlom, Siam Square, and Siam Paragon.   • The Great Room Park Silom

This brand-new co-working space can be found on the 29th and 30th floors of Park Silom, conveniently located close to the BTS Saladaeng station. The venue’s design evokes an upmarket hotel lobby with the beautiful earth-toned furniture generating a sense of calm. The 360-degree views of Bangkok are enhanced by the venue’s mirrored walls, comfortable sofas and tables. Fully-appointed large and small meeting rooms are available, and are ideal for hosting seminars, meetings and workshops for up to 200 persons.   •   UOB LIVE

The Emsphere is a brand-new shopping centre in the heart of Bangkok that covers a vast 200,000 square metres. Conveniently located adjacent to the BTS Phromphong station,the centre boasts extensive retail and F&B outlets, and an entertainment zone that includes UOB Live as a major highlight. 3. Unseen / Special Venues

  •   Midwinter

Come and experience the warm atmosphere at Midwinter in Khao Yai, and indulge in some of the most delicious international food emphasising the “farm to table” concept that underpins the venue. The restaurant grows all its own organic produce including asparagus, salad greens, fruits, and herbs, as well as raising its own livestock for the highest quality dry-aged beef, smoked ham, pork leg, and pork sausage.   •   Topgolf Megacity

This massive sports and entertainment centre located near Mega Bangna is built over four floors on an area of more than 11 acres, and can accommodate 1,200 visitors. A feature of Topgolf Megacity is the ability to play with microchipped balls featuring “toptracer” technology that traces the trajectory of players’ shots and displays it on a screen. It is the only venue in Thailand offering this technology. Guests can choose from 14 high-tech golf games including Angry Birds, Jewel Jam, and Visual Courses. Guests can also enjoy great food and drinks in one of the five restaurants and bars onsite.

  •   Songwat area

Thailand’s Songwat area has been listed as one of the world’s 40 Coolest Neighbourhoods in 2023 according to “Time Out” magazine. The area’s cultural charms rival the nearby, and more well-known, Yaowarat but has a noticeably quieter and more relaxed vibe. It is the perfect place to head for a relaxing weekend stroll. The New Generation Entrepreneurship Development Institute (NOTE: please double check this name) aims to transform the historic commercial neighbourhood into a hub for millennial-led businesses. The area is full of funky coffee shops, hip hostels, and chic art galleries, and restaurants serving contemporary cuisine to tourists and MICE travellers. Local highlights include Play Art House, a gallery displaying the works of talented local artists, and the rooftop cocktail bar Opium. At the Michelin-starred Potong restaurant diners can enjoy superb Thai-Chinese fare. The area also plays host to activities such as the Songwat Week 2023 festival which offered walking tours along various routes including the Art Line which led visitors on a walk to admire key art locations, galleries and hidden neighbourhood art, the Food Line which encompassed some of the best dining to be found in new and old restaurants in the area, and the Moo Line which took visitors to various local temples, shrines, and places of worship.
