IMPACT deploys Corporate Reward program to attract new customers and increase event number by 10%

IMPACT continues building on the success of Corporate Reward program offering more benefits and privileges for its loyal corporate customers. Corporate customers spending at a minimum of 25,000 baht will receive an IMPACT Society Corporate Reward membership card for collecting points that can be redeemed for services or discounts for their next events at IMPACT, which could be worth up to 50,000 baht per event. Points can be collected from this April onwards. The program is expected to attract the interest of both new and existing customers and help increase event number by 10% from the current number of 800 events per year.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Managing Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., which manages and operates IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, revealed that IMPACT Society Corporate Reward Program launched in 2010 with the aim to offer special privileges for loyal corporate customers had received lot positive feedback from the customers.  Since then, over 800 MICE events held at IMPACT have benefited from the program. It is also a good starting point to build better business relationships as well as to create a positive impression among over 300 existing clients and encourage them to use IMPACT service again. Additionally, it is a great way to motivate new customers to become loyal in both short and long terms.

To continue building on the success of the IMPACT Corporate Reward, this year IMPACT comes up with the improved program offering more splendid benefits for members. Corporate customers who spend a minimum of 25,000 baht on organizing events at IMPACT will receive an IMPACT Society Corporate Reward membership card, and earn one reward point for every 250 baht spent. Points can be redeemed for cash voucher for services or discounts for their next events. Customers will receive voucher valued at 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 points, and can enjoy a maximum of 50,000 points per event.

IMPACT Corporate Reward cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Accumulated points can be redeemed for a wide range of services for their next events at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, discounts at eight IMPACT restaurants (inside the center), and services at In Balance Spa, The Square Restaurant, and Prego Italian Restaurant of the Novotel Bangkok IMPACT hotel. Additionally, points can also be redeemed for a one night stay at the hotel - 4,000 points for a Standard room with breakfast and 7,000 points for an Executive Suite room with breakfast.
