MICE is an acronym representing four categories of business events:

Application Process (9 Steps)

  1. Initial Enquiry — Contact TCEB to discuss event suitability
  2. Receive Guidance — TCEB advises on appropriate support options
  3. Prepare Documentation — Compile required documents
  4. Submit Application — Via online portal miceoss.tceb.or.th or email
  5. Assessment — TCEB evaluates eligibility and suitability
  6. Notification — Receive decision outcome
  7. Agreement Signing — (If approved) Execute support agreement
  8. Event Execution — Deliver the event as planned
  9. Post-Event Reporting — Submit report within 30 days of event conclusion

Important

Applications should be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event date to allow adequate time for assessment and support preparation.

The MICE Lane is a dedicated fast-track immigration channel at Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports for MICE event participants endorsed by TCEB.

Request Process (6 Steps)

  4. Await Approval — TCEB coordinates with Immigration Bureau
  5. Receive Confirmation — Notification of outcome and meeting point details
  6. Utilise Service — Arrive at airport and meet staff at designated location
