Note: All complainant information will be kept strictly confidential. The collection and retention of personal data pertaining to complaints shall be conducted in accordance with the Official Information Act and other applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

TCEB will proceed with a complaint only upon receipt of complete information and/or documentation. Complainants are required to cooperate by providing TCEB with sufficient facts and supporting evidence for the consideration of the complaint. In cases where TCEB requests additional information or evidence, or invites the complainant to provide further information in person, and the complainant fails to submit the requested materials or attend as notified, TCEB reserves the right to discontinue processing the complaint.
